Overview

Pragour pieces are checked with care before dispatch. If you need a return, we accept eligible return requests within seven days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility For Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and certificates must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within seven days of delivery
  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Items Not Eligible For Return

  • Customized or engraved jewellery
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Clearance or final sale products

How To Request A Return

Email hello@pragour.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will share the next steps and return address if approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Use an insured and trackable courier service.

Inspection And Approval

Once received, items go through a quality inspection. If approved, the refund is initiated. If rejected, the item is shipped back to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten business days after approval. Shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within forty eight hours of delivery with clear photos and an uncut opening video where possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns under this policy.
